About the Artist...
Hello Art Lovers!
Welcome to my Whimsy World. My name is Dawn and I have been creating art for as long as I can remember. My first memory of my love of art is the utter excitement I would get when I opened my new box of crayons....not just any box. The big box of 96 wonderful and glorious colors. This was pure coloring joy. The possibilities were endless. Well, I've come a long way and still my passion and love of color and combining colors is expressed in all of my art.
As a artist I've been lucky to explore a variety of creative endeavors including gallery and shop owner, art instructor for adults and children, Director of Arts with a non-profit, commission artist and a mentor to those that want to journey down the artsy yellow brick road. I'm blessed that all of these unique ventures have led me to where I am and have continued to add to my love of the creating.
